Wrinkle Relaxers

Wrinkle relaxers (often called neuromodulators) work by gently relaxing the muscles that create expression lines. The treatment smooths:

  • Downtime: Minimal — slight swelling or bruising possible but usually fades quickly

FAQ - dermal filler

    • 3 days prior to your treatment it is recommended you avoid blood thinning medications such as Advil, ASA, Omegas / Fish oils, Garlic, Vitamin E. 

    • Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your treatment. This will thin your blood making you more prone to bruising. Don't worry, if you have a glass of wine the night before it's okay! You're just more likely to bruise. 

    • Please have a good breakfast or snack before your appointment.

    • If you plan to fly in the next 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.

    • Drink lot's of water before and after to stay hydrated and prevent swelling.

    • No heavy kissing.

    • No rubbing the injected area unless instructed to by the injector.

    • Avoid applying intense heat to the treated area, that includes hot tubs, saunas, sunbathing or tanning.

    • Avoid alcohol for 2 days after treatment.

    • Avoid exercising for 24 hours days or until swelling subsides.

    • Avoid AHA’s and Retinols or any anti-aging products for 24 hours.

    • Avoid laser treatments to face 2 weeks before and after treatment.
